The company was established by Dr. Edit Szanto who has a doctoral degree in computing technology from Nova Southeastern University, a masters degree in business administration from Washington State University, a masters degree in Library and Information Science from Syracuse University, and a bachelor's degree in Apparel, Merchandising and Textiles (Design option) from Washinton State University. She has extensive business, consulting, Information Technology, training, instructional design, online teaching, marketing, as well as project management experience. She is currently Vice President of Student Services/Planning and Grant Development at the College of Southern Idaho.
